We are here not only for advise or training, but also the clearance and disposal of explosives is safe in our hands.

In this sphere our people also make the difference. The most sophisticated equipment appears less worth when it is not used in the correct manner and at the right moment. Every situation is unique and because of our specific knowledge and experience – always the right people for every task – we are able to assess situations optimally.

Moreover, we have a very vast tool box of detection equipment and means to use. Specifically for clearing mine fields we have also bought the MV4 demining machine. This machine, which the US Army also uses in Afghanistan and Iraq, offers more possibilities to execute projects safely and efficiently (Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mozambique, Angola).

*The disposal of explosives in the Netherlands is reserved to the explosive ordnance disposal units  (EOD) of the Ministry of Defence. However, REASeuro contributes at an international level to the safe dismantling and/or destroying of explosives.

Clearance teams conventional explosives
The integrated system developed by us is named UXO-area clearance (UneXplodedOrdnance-area clearance).

We co-ordinate this system optimally with possible environmental, archaeological and civil-engineering activities. Also the legal and financial aspects are taken into account.

UXO-area clearance knows 5 phases, which are:
1. problem inventory
2. problem analysis
3. project preparation
4. clearance and disposal
5. FFE (Free From Explosives)-delivery

Our UXO-clearance system is the backbone of the present directives which the Ministry of Labor (Ministry of SZW) dictates.

Explosives reconnaissance IED
We carry out preventive explosives reconnaissance at events with a raised threat, such as visits of members of the Royal Family, dignitaries or VIP's, and at large events with much public. We also carry out explosive reconnaissance after a bomb report or the detection of a suspicious object.  At these reconnaissance’s we always co-work with the police. Thus REASeuro can offer support under the responsibility and supervision of the police.

Explosives reconnaissance team IED
In the aforementioned situations our explosives reconnaissance team consists of at least a team leader bomb scout, a detection dog handler/bomb scout and two highly qualified explosives detection dogs. Mainly because of the use of our dogs we gain time and score better detection results than teams that work without dogs. We are specialized in selecting detection dogs. We work exclusively with dogs from the highest category D and E (the qualification runs from A up to E).
